Tampa Bay’s 2026 schedule includes three prime-time games, a Week 10 bye and a division-heavy closing stretch that could shape the NFC South race.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2026 schedule is officially set, and it gives the Bucs a little bit of everything: early home tests, three prime-time games, a well-timed Week 10 bye and a late NFC South stretch that could decide whether Tampa Bay is playing postseason football.

The Buccaneers open the season on the road against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1 at 1 p.m., giving Tampa Bay an immediate AFC measuring-stick game. After that, the Bucs return home for three straight games against the Cleveland Browns, Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers.

That early home stretch could be huge. Tampa Bay won’t face its first division opponent until Week 7, so stacking wins before the NFC South grind begins will matter.

Here’s the complete Buccaneers 2026 schedule:

Week 1: at Cincinnati 1 p.m.
Week 2: vs Browns 1 p.m.
Week 3: vs Minnesota 4:05 p.m.
Week 4: vs Packers 1 p.m.
Week 5: at Cowboys TNF
Week 6: vs Steelers 1 p.m.
Week 7: at Panthers 1 p.m.
Week 8: vs Falcons 1 p.m.
Week 9: at Bears SNF
Week 10: BYE WEEK
Week 11: at Lions 1 p.m.
Week 12: vs Panthers MNF
Week 13: vs Chargers 1 p.m.
Week 14: at Ravens 1 p.m.
Week 15: vs Saints 1 p.m.
Week 16: at Falcons TBD
Week 17: vs Rams TBD
Week 18: at Saints TBD

The first major national spotlight comes in Week 5, when the Bucs visit the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday Night Football. Tampa Bay lost its last trip to Dallas in 2024, so this matchup brings a little revenge angle along with the usual Cowboys spotlight.

The Bucs then return home to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6 before finally opening division play at Carolina in Week 7. Tampa Bay hosts the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8, then heads to Chicago for a Week 9 Sunday Night Football matchup against the Bears.

That Chicago game could be one of the more difficult spots on the schedule, especially with the Bucs hitting the road in prime time right before their bye.

The Week 10 bye arrives at a pretty useful point. Tampa Bay will have already played nine games, including two prime-time road trips, and should have a chance to reset before a challenging closing stretch.

Out of the bye, the Bucs visit the Detroit Lions in Week 11, then host the Panthers on Monday Night Football in Week 12. That gives Tampa Bay three scheduled prime-time games: at Dallas, at Chicago and home against Carolina.

The final six games are packed with playoff implications. Tampa Bay hosts the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 13, travels to Baltimore in Week 14, then closes with three NFC South games in the last four weeks: home against the Saints, at the Falcons and at the Saints. The Week 17 home game against the Los Angeles Rams is also listed as TBD.

That ending is no accident. If the NFC South is tight, the Bucs’ season may come down to December execution.

The road is tough, but the opportunity is clear. Tampa Bay will have plenty of chances to prove it belongs.
