The marquee matchup of NFL Week 4 takes place in Tampa, where the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles (3-0) face the equally unbeaten Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-0). But despite the high-stakes game and both teams’ perfect records, Raymond James Stadium will not be at full capacity.
According to JoeBucsFan.com, the game is not sold out, marking the second consecutive non-sellout for the Bucs. The report cites rising ticket prices as a major factor, noting that the cheapest available seats are priced above $180. That cost appears to be steering many local fans toward watching from home instead of attending in person.

This trend is surprising given Tampa Bay’s strong start to the season and the return of their iconic Creamsicle uniforms during last week’s home opener—a game that also fell short of a sellout. The announced attendance for that game, a win over the New York Jets, was 62,872, down from the 65,566 who packed the stadium for the 2021 home opener against the Cowboys following the team’s Super Bowl victory.
The lack of a sellout could impact the home-field advantage that often plays a critical role in tightly contested games. While the Eagles will be dealing with Florida’s notorious heat and humidity, they may not have to contend with the kind of deafening crowd noise that a full house can deliver.
What’s more, it appears the majority of the fans at RayJay are Eagles fans, per JP Peterson on X.
As if a blocked punt for a score wasn’t bad enough…It’s a ton of Green in Ray Jay. A quick survey of long time media folks and we all agree…most visiting jerseys ever in this stadium. Borderline embarrassing. pic.twitter.com/M8fLUZAkDE

With the Eagles jumping out to a quick 21-3 lead early, the undefeated Bucs are losing on the field and at the box office.
