The Dallas Cowboys closed out one of the most emotional weeks in recent memory with one of their best performances of the season, powering past the Las Vegas Raiders 33-16 on Monday Night Football at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Just 10 days removed from the tragic passing of defensive end Marshawn Kneeland, the Cowboys honored their fallen teammate with helmet decals, tribute shirts, and – most importantly – inspired football.
From the opening kickoff, Dallas played with purpose. The defense flew around, the offense found rhythm, and the entire organization showcased a unified response to adversity.

CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens were surprisingly benched for the opening drive due to a “coach’s decision,” later confirmed as disciplinary. The statement was loud and clear: culture comes first. Both stars responded the right way, as Lamb snagged the first touchdown of the game, and the tone was set for the rest of the night.
Despite playing only 25 percent of defensive snaps entering Week 11, linebacker James Houston led the team in sacks, and added to the total Monday. His early third-down sack halted a Raiders drive and once again proved he needs a bigger role in this defense.
Newly acquired defensive tackle Quinnen Williams wasted no time showing why Dallas wanted him. Williams posted 1.5 sacks, four QB hits and lived in the backfield. His presence helped elevate the entire defense, which delivered one of its most complete outings of the season.

Pickens didn’t just bounce back – he exploded. With nine catches for 144 yards and a touchdown, the star wideout turned the field into his personal highlight reel. His 37-yard catch-and-run score showcased elite talent, and he now holds the franchise record for receiving yards through 10 games.
After a heartbreaking week, the Cowboys honored Marshawn Kneeland the best way they could … by playing inspired, physical, winning football. And if Monday night is any indication, this team is finding its stride at exactly the right time.
