Scottie Scheffler, Cameron Young, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas headline loaded Cadillac Championship pairings at Trump National Doral.
The PGA Tour is back at Trump National Doral, and the Blue Monster isn’t exactly rolling out a welcome mat.
This week’s Cadillac Championship brings a stacked no-cut Signature Event field to Miami, with elite pairings, major-name pressure and one of the most intimidating courses on the schedule. The first two rounds should feel more like a Sunday leaderboard than a Thursday warmup.

The headliner is obvious: Scottie Scheffler and Cameron Young. Scheffler, the world No. 1, arrives after back-to-back runner-up finishes at the Masters and RBC Heritage. Young, ranked No. 4, returns to Florida after winning THE PLAYERS Championship and now gets another shot to own the Sunshine State.
Viktor Hovland and Tommy Fleetwood should be one of the most fun groups to watch. The European Ryder Cup teammates are both chasing their first PGA Tour win of 2026. Hovland hasn’t posted a top 10 since the WM Phoenix Open, while Fleetwood has cooled off with a T33 at the Masters and T52 at RBC Heritage.
Chris Gotterup and Hideki Matsuyama offer the ball-striker special. Gotterup already has two PGA Tour wins this season, while Matsuyama remains dangerous, ranking inside the top 20 in Strokes Gained: Tee to Green, Approach and Around the Green.

Then there’s the buddy-movie pairing: Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas. The longtime friends need a spark. Thomas has gone T30-T41-T77 in his last three starts, while Spieth has posted T62-T12-T33.

At Doral, there’s nowhere to hide. That’s what makes this week dangerous.
