The Big Ten is doling out more than $1.37 billion to its members, distancing itself from the SEC by $340 million. Pat Smith of WJOX in Birmingham comes aboard to describe what it means for the SEC, and how a conference that held a stranglehold on college football for much of the 21st Century must adapt.
Scott also ponders if coaches are setting low bars for themselves by pushing for an expanded College Football Playoff and the benefits of ending the season in mid-January.
All that and more during this episode of the Scott Hamilton Show.
