Can Texas A&M Upset No. 14 Missouri?

The Aggies delivered one of their most complete performances of the season last weekend, defeating Arkansas 34-7 at Kyle Field.

Quarterback Marcel Reed completed 13 of 19 passes for 170 yards while adding 66 rushing yards and a touchdown.

But Saturday’s opponent presents a considerably tougher challenge.

Missouri quarterback Austin Simmons threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns during the Tigers’ 45-17 victory over Florida.

The Aggies’ defense must contain Simmons while generating consistent pressure and preventing explosive passing plays.

Texas A&M has enjoyed recent success against Missouri, winning three consecutive meetings, including last season’s 38-17 victory in Columbia.

For Elko and the Aggies, another win over the Tigers would provide a significant boost to their SEC championship hopes.
