ARLINGTON  – The Dallas Cowboys (2-2) return to AT&T Stadium Thursday night looking to climb above .500 against the winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-4) in a Week 5 showdown featuring significant injury concerns for both teams.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. CT, with national streaming coverage on Amazon Prime Video.

Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott leads an offense featuring CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, hoping to exploit a depleted Tampa Bay secondary.

The Buccaneers will be without starting quarterback Baker Mayfield, who’s sidelined with a right thumb injury. Rookie Jalon Daniels will make his second consecutive start.

Tampa Bay will also be missing safety Antoine Winfield Jr. (rib), cornerback Benjamin Morrison (quadriceps) and linebacker SirVocea Dennis (ankle/foot).

Dallas has significant defensive absences of its own. Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown, cornerback Cobie Durant and offensive tackle Drew Shelton are ruled out with hamstring injuries.

Newly acquired cornerback Joey Porter Jr. is also inactive because of illness, delaying his Cowboys debut. However, Dallas gets a major offensive boost with All-Pro guard Tyler Smith returning from injured reserve following thumb surgery.

For Dallas, protecting Prescott and containing Daniels’ mobility could determine whether the Cowboys secure a much-needed primetime victory.
