BIG TEN DOMINANCE
Michigan’s basketball title made the Big Ten the first conference to have three different schools win championships in football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball in the same year. Incredibly, it was the first-ever titles for two of those schools. Stewart Mandel of The Athletic comes aboard to discuss how it wasn’t just money that pushed the Big Ten to the top.
Scott also ponders whether Nick Saban’s steadying presence was underrated, taken for granted, or both. And if the influx of new coaches in the SEC could shift the momentum back into the conference’s direction.
All that and more on this episode of The Scott Hamilton Show.
