Ryan Niblett could be one of the Texas Longhorns’ biggest offensive X-factors in 2026.

After emerging as one of college football’s most dangerous punt returners last season, Niblett says Steve Sarkisian and the Texas coaching staff are “definitely” trying to get the football in his hands more often on offense.

Niblett has been listed as both a running back and wide receiver, giving Sarkisian plenty of options to use his explosiveness through carries, receptions, screens, motion and other designed touches.
