Almost a decade ago then-young attorney Luke Fedlam could see what was coming for major college athletics once players gained NIL and transfer rights, so he jumped into preparation, especially the realm of helping athletes and their parents understand their new rights.

Of course, major college athletics is now well into its Wild West phase, which is why Congress has been trying to come up with a bill that “corrects” some of the problems.
