After watching Boston Celtics starting center Robert Williams III rack up a historic 9 blocks in just 23 minutes, you would be excused if you thought he must already be among the team’s top-10 players for blocks in the postseason for the franchise.
But with one of the league’s most storied pasts and a host of players who were adept at rejecting shot attempts — and this doesn’t even include legendary shot-blocker Bill Russell, who played before the stat was tabulated — there’s plenty of competition for Timelord. You might also say that he has plenty of examples to model his future block parties on as well to put things in a positive light.
But who are those top 10 shot blockers all-time for the team in the playoffs?
