Simone Biles is the greatest athlete in women’s gymnastics, no questions asked. Can you guess who the most decorated gymnast, period, is in World Championship history? Yeah, it’s her, too. She also just won a record seventh national all-around title at the 2021 US Gymnastics Championships, and during both nights of competition, the 24-year-old came out to flip and twist in leotards that showcased an adorable (but mighty) crystal goat. It’s record-setting, gold-medal energy to represent her status as the greatest of all time, and the goat was on her shoulder on night one, and it sat on her hip on night two.

The goat has made an appearance before. Just a few weeks ago at the GK US Classic, where Biles presented her iconic Yurchenko double pike vault, it was there, on her mid-back, in all its jeweled glory. The goat also tagged along for the ride ahead of the 2019 US Gymnastics Championships.

All of these goat-embellished leotards are from GK Elite, the official apparel provider for the US women’s and men’s gymnastics teams. Putting the goat, a billy goat, to be exact, on some of her competitive leotards was, in fact, Biles’s idea, the brand’s chief commercial officer, Matt Cowan, told POPSUGAR. “She came to us and said, ‘I wanna go with the goat,'” he noted, adding that she is extremely involved in the design process, and it was her way of making a statement. That aforementioned training leotard from 2019 Nationals was the crystal goat’s official debut, Cowan said.

Ahead, get a closer look at these goat-adorned leotards from 2021 Nationals; plus, see where you can purchase training leotard versions, sans crystal goat, designed by Biles. (The goat is reserved for the GOAT herself!) Our vote for the official Simone Biles mascot is . . . drumroll please . . . Goldie, Goldie the triumphant goat.
