Mike Norvell and FSU returned to the practice field after a six day break for the Easter holiday. Norvell admitted there were good and bad moment saying, “I wanted better today, I wouldn’t say it was a bad day but I wouldn’t say it was our best effort.”

– When asked if he saw response from the players during practice, replied that big picture comparison things are much improved vs. the past. “Yes, there were positive moments. Yes, there were positive response but we want consistency.

– Spring game will have some special teams works but largely will be played as half of football with a “grand finale”involving the guest coaches.

– Asked about areas of growth: “improved physical football team.” Playing with better pad level and fundamentals.

Florida State will practice on Thursday with the spring scrimmage on Saturday at 5PM.
