FSU BIG MEGA CAMP LIST CONTINUES TO GROW 

The June 6th Mega camp is turning into a big recruiting weekend and evaluation weekend for Florida State as all colleges begin to open up on June 1st with the first open recruiting period in over a year. Warchant has confirmed more top prospects expected to be on campus for the Mega camp and the month of June.

NEW OFFENSIVE LINE TRANSFER CANDIDATE ON FSU’S RADAR

Florida State is among several schools showing interest in former Marshall offensive lineman Cain Madden, who entered the transfer portal on Wednesday.

Madden started nine games this past season and was named a second-team All-American.

In-person recruiting resumes on June 1, and official visits across the nation are being set up. FSU should have a busy summer in that regard, and another big one was set up recently for a four-star defensive line prospect who confirmed his plans with Warchant.

Today was a very busy day at Florida State as there were a big group of visitors and elite ones at that in campus at FSU for the spring game. Although the total numbers aren’t in yet it is expected there were over 70 prospects there. 2024 TE LANDEN THOMAS JUMPS ON BOARD WITH THE NOLES 

The FSU staff landed another significant addition on Monday when Colquitt County (Ga.) standout TE Landen Thomas committed to the ‘Noles. Thomas is a 2024 prospect that already holds seven offers, including Cincinnati, Miami, Georgia Tech, Virginia, and Tennessee.

OFFICIAL VISITS SET FOR SEVEN 2022 FSU TARGETS 

With the pandemic going on, things have been quiet when it comes to recruits visiting campuses. That could be coming to an end in June when it’s possible the dead period is lifted. The Florida State coaching staff is taking full advantage of that possibility as seven key targets have set up their official visits to FSU. One of the biggest additions as of late was Rivals100 DE Marvin Jones Jr., who locked in his FSU official visit date. Below are all the dates for the FSU official visits.

The massive list of talent that is coming to the FSU spring game continues to grow, and it just got even bigger with three more Rivals100 targets — and that includes the newest addition in five-star OL target Julian Armella — that have confirmed the visit plans. The list includes now over 12 Rivals100 prospects.

Nation’s No. 1 kicker commits to Florida State

Bringing in high-caliber walk-ons has been a major focus for FSU head coach Mike Norvell since he arrived in Tallahassee, and Norvell landed another prominent one on Wednesday.

South Carolina product Zane Smith, who is rated the nation’s No. 1 placekicker by Rivals, announced on Twitter that he is committing to the Seminoles. He will be a preferred walk-on and is part of the 2021 class.

With the addition of Rivals100 QB AJ Duffy. FSU will now have four, four star prospects on campus in one weekend for FSU spring game. The Noles will host three five star prospects, 16 four star prospects, and 10 Rivals 100 prospects. Over 50 prospects expected for spring game. Duffy has also stated that his decision has been delayed.

Right now, Campbell does not have any visits planned — mainly because none are allowed until at least April — so he’s staying patient, taking in new offers and getting acclimated to his new school.
