The Houston Texans released former Wisconsin Badger defensive lineman Olive Sagapolu earlier today, the move made as they work to cut their roster to 80 before today’s deadline.
The former Badger signed with the Falcons back in May after spending the last two seasons on the Detroit Lions practice squad.
Sagapolu is the fifth Wisconsin product to be released since the start of NFL training camp, joining offensive lineman Jon Dietzen, tight end Troy Fumagalli, offensive lineman Tyler Marz and cornerback Nick Nelson.
