Sunday’s Mets-Braves game has been postponed due to inclement weather — the second of this series to get rained out.
Mets owner Steve Cohen responded to a fan on Twitter that asked about the game’s status, saying that the “game is canceled.”
Friday’s game between the two NL East rivals was also rained out. The sides will need to find time to complete the series at a later date.
The Mets will return to action on Memorial Day in Arizona against the Diamondbacks.
