Shaquille O’Neal is not usually the one to make guarantees on TNT’s Inside The NBA.
That is often left to show teammate Charles Barkley, complete with sound effects and a graphic.
But O’Neal had a guarantee on Wednesday’s post-game show following the Grizzlies‘ 39-point win in Game 5 over the Golden State Warriors.
“I’m guaranteeing that Golden State is going to blow these boys out by 30 (in Game 6),” O’Neal said. “Guarantee!”
Barkley disagreed, saying Game 6 would be a “heckuva game” back in San Francisco.

“Splash Brothers, let’s do it. Here we go,” O’Neal said later in the show, clapping his hands.
A 30-point Warriors win in Game 6 would match the Game 3 Warriors win at Chase Center last Saturday. Golden State is 5-0 at home this postseason.
But Wednesday’s Game 5 was a Grizzlies blowout win inside FedExForum, with Memphis having seven players in double figures including 21 points from Tyus Jones and matched by Jaren Jackson Jr.
Game 6 is scheduled for 9 p.m. CT on Friday in San Francisco.
