The Nets have agreed to a deal with forward Paul Millsap, his agent told Adrian Wojnarowski of The Athletic.
The four-time All-Star spent the last four seasons with the Denver Nuggets, where he started in 186 of his 215 games played and averaged 11.8 points and 6.1 rebounds a game.
Last season, Millsap put up 9.0 points per contest while grabbing 4.7 boards.
According to The Athletic, Millsap considered other playoff contenders, including the Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls, and Los Angeles Clippers before accepting a deal with Brooklyn.
The Nets are reportedly currently trying to work out a buyout with DeAndre Jordan, who did not play a minute in the playoffs, so Millsap could slide in and get immediate minutes.
