With Christmas coming up on Saturday, New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones gave his offensive lineman gifts for all of their hard work.

The lineman have done their job in pass protection the season, giving up the fourth-least sacks on the season with 25. Most recently, they gave up only one sack against a strong Colts defensive line last Saturday.

The veteran offensive lineman were impressed with the assortment of gifts that Jones was able to get them. Left guard Ted Karras was especially appreciative of the quarterback’s efforts. Via NESN’s Zack Cox, Jones treated his lineman well.

“He did an outstanding job,” left guard Ted Karras said Friday in a video conference. “We got a big haul over here. I’ll let him explain everything that he got, but it’s a myriad of items, each one cooler than the next.

“One of the best efforts, especially by a rookie, to show us appreciation and wish us a Merry Christmas. So I’m very thankful to him and very glad to be his teammate here in this Christmas season.”

Next up for the Patriots is the Buffalo Bills and their talented defensive line. The Bills rank towards the bottom of the league with 14 sacks recorded on the season, as New England looks to continue their strong pass-protection.. Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM.
