With a week left in the 2021 college football regular season, the race to make the top-four is on, and the field is narrow. Georgia seems to be a lock for the top spot, but there are three other teams needed to make the playoff. Who will it be?

It may all come down to conference championships, which may help or hurt the committee, as they are tasked with deciding who is in, and who is out.

ESPN’s Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach have made their predictions for the bowl games, including the Cotton Bowl and the Orange Bowl, which will both serve as semifinal contests for the College Football Playoff.

The four teams in are (in no particular order): Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State and Cincinnati.

Both experts share the same predictions, Georgia and Cincinnati will face each other in the Orange Bowl, while Alabama and Ohio State will face off once again in the playoffs, this time in the Cotton Bowl.

The experts also share the same picks for who will win their respective semifinal matchups and move on to the National Championship.

Georgia and Ohio State are the picks to battle for a ring.
