The Knicks and PG Derrick Rose have agreed to a three-year, $43 million deal, SNY’s Ian Begley confirmed Monday night.

Potential options on the deal are still being worked through, sources tell Begley, but the bottom line is that Rose will return to New York after a stellar season that resulted in a playoff berth for the Knicks and a Sixth Man of the Year award for Rose.

After being traded to New York from the Detroit Pistons in the middle of last season, Rose helped convert the Knicks from a team on the cusp of competing to the No. 4 seed in the East.

Rose, in his second stint with the Knicks, averaged 14.9 points and 4.2 assists in 35 games — 32 of which he came off the bench. He averaged 26.8 minutes and typically was out there on the floor during the fourth quarter of games.

In the playoffs, Rose took over as the starter for the final three games as Elfrid Payton fell out of the rotation.

While the Knicks as a whole struggled on their way to a five-game exit in the first round, Rose had a great series, upping his point totals to 19.4 per game on 47.6 percent shooting.

Rose joins Nerlens Noel and Alec Burks as Knicks from last season returning to New York, while Reggie Bullock will head to Dallas to join the Mavericks. The Knicks also signed Evan Fournier on Monday to a four-year deal.
