Pastrnak arrives to Bruins-Islanders Game 5 wearing fantastic suit originally appeared on NBC Sports Boston

The Boston Bruins need a better performance from David Pastrnak in Game 5 of their second-round playoff series against the New York Islanders. Judging by his pre-game attire, Pastrnak looks ready for the challenge.

Pastrnak showed up to Monday night’s pivotal matchup at TD Garden wearing a mint green suit and pants.

Pastrnak struggled in Boston’s Game 4 loss on Saturday night, which resulted in the Islanders evening the series at two wins apiece. He missed a wide open net in the first period. If he had capitalized on that scoring chance, perhaps the outcome would’ve been different.

The superstar right winger also showed up to Game 1 of the series wearing a pretty awesome suit. Pastrnak scored a hat trick that night in a 5-2 Bruins victory, and he said after the game that he still had “a couple crazy ones in the closet.”

Puck drop for Game 5 is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.
