Nick Sirianni is big on college football rivalries, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that the Eagles’ first-year head coach has dove headfirst into Dallas week.

Sirianni raised some eyebrows on Thursday when he wore a ‘Beat Dallas’ t-shirt during his media session and he made it clear that he’d be wearing it all week long.

“I really love the fact that I’m able to partake in this rivalry and it means a lot to the city, to our team; it means a lot to this building,” he said.

“I’ll be wearing this all week. My kids got it, my wife has one. And, yeah, we’ll be wearing them.”

When asked by the media on Thursday if the Cowboys would like to see their head coach in a ‘Beat Philadelphia’ t-shirt, Elliott had this to say.

“Nah, we stay in our lane.”

Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson said the whole team got shirts, while Sirianni also showed a video during a team meeting Wednesday morning highlighting the heated history between the two franchises, according to ESPN.com.
