The Washington Football Team and the Kansas City Chiefs practiced for the final time on Friday before Sunday’s Week 6 contest.
With the final day of practice now in the books, we know the status of several injured players for both teams. Washington will be without a pair of key starters, with several players listed as questionable, including a surprisingly late addition.

The good news for the Chiefs is it does appear wide receiver Tyreek Hill will play. I don’t believe there was ever any real danger in him not playing.

Guard Joe Thuney should also be available on Sunday.

The bad news for the Chiefs is All-Pro defensive end Chris Jones is out. That’s a tough blow for an already struggling defense.

Another brutal injury report for Washington. The surprise here is the addition of Terry McLaurin to the injury report. It appears he will be fine for Sunday but did not practice on Friday as the team was being cautious.

Five Washington players are ruled out for Sunday, including the starting right side of the offensive line. Fortunately for Washington, Cornelius Lucas and Wes Schweitzer are experienced and capable backups.

Cam Sims and Curtis Samuel are out. It does look better for Dyami Brown to play on Sunday. If Brown and McLaurin both play, Washington will be fine at wide receiver.

Antonio Gibson was limited again on Friday, but that is normal at this point. Barring a miracle, I’d expect to see the banged-up Gibson play on Sunday.
