The Arizona Cardinals have not had great draft classes in recent years. The 2018 draft class is no different.

In fact, according to The Athletic’s Dane Brugler, it was oCardinals didn’t have the worst 2018 draft class, but it’s closene of the worst draft classes in the league that year.

Brugler ranked all 32 teams’ drafts and, while the Cardinals didn’t come in dead last, they were second-to-last. The only team with a worse draft were the Kansas City Chiefs.

Who was the worst pick?

“There is no debate.” It was Rosen, considering they traded up to get him, gave up on him after one season and he hasn’t done a thing since then.

Running back Chase Edmonds was named both the best player of the class for the Cardinals and also the best value.

Edmonds and Christian Kirk are the only players from that draft left on the roster. Kirk has been productive but inconsistent. Edmonds has a chance to break out this year as the team’s top running back.

But the failure of Rosen and the lack of any other players from the class on the roster really make it look bad.
