Four-star defensive end Trevion Williams, who took a last-minute official visit to Florida State this weekend, has committed to the Seminoles.
Williams, who is ranked just outside the Rivals100 and has offers from many top programs in the SEC, ACC and around the country, made his commitment during a team recruiting function Friday evening.
The announcement was shared by attendees on social media, although Williams has not yet posted anything on his own accounts.
He is the 10th commitment of the Seminoles’ 2022 class.

It was not public knowledge that Williams would be taking an official visit to FSU until Thursday, shortly before he arrived in Tallahassee. The trip apparently was scheduled on short notice.
He is expected to wrap up his visit on Saturday, while FSU’s eight other official visitors will be in town until Sunday.
Williams is rated the No. 4 prospect in Mississippi and the No. 11 strongside defensive end in the country.
